ARABLE TEAM:
Skilled Machinery Operator

We are looking to employ a dedicated individual with an eye for detail and a willingness to work within a progressive farming system. Main duties would include operating trailed sprayers, trailer work, drilling, trailer work, irrigation, excavator and loader work.

The role of Machinery Operator will require someone who can take responsibility for a variety of arable tasks to provide excellent service to our customers.

Main responsibilities:
• Experienced tractor driver.
• PA1 & PA2.
• Telehandler tickets.
• Record keeping and machine and property maintenance.
• Experience of GPS technology would also be an advantage.
• A good team player.
• Ability to take responsibility for the task at hand. 

• Full UK driving licence.

There is the opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career in the industry with ongoing training provided. Option to start as soon as possible.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
